Stainless steel sheet provides a smooth surface, dependable strength, and long-term resistance to corrosion. It can be cut, bent, welded, stamped, and polished into many finished products. Therefore, it is widely used in machinery, food equipment, building decoration, appliances, tanks, and transport systems.

We manufacture and supply stainless steel sheet in different grades, thicknesses, sizes, and surface finishes. Standard sheets and cut-to-size products are available. In addition, we provide laser cutting, shearing, polishing, and protective film services for commercial buyers.

Stainless Steel Grades for Different Uses

The correct grade depends on the environment, forming process, and required appearance.

304 stainless steel sheet is a common choice for industrial and commercial products. It offers good corrosion resistance, weldability, and forming performance. Typical uses include kitchen equipment, cabinets, tanks, machine covers, and architectural parts.

304L stainless steel sheet contains less carbon. As a result, it is suitable for welded assemblies where corrosion resistance near the weld area is important.

316 and 316L stainless steel sheet contain molybdenum for better resistance to salt and chloride. These grades work well in marine, chemical, pharmaceutical, and coastal applications.

430 stainless steel sheet provides good forming properties and a bright appearance for many indoor products. It is often used in appliances, decorative panels, and kitchen components.

310S stainless steel sheet is designed for applications exposed to elevated temperatures. Meanwhile, 2205 duplex stainless steel sheet provides higher strength and strong resistance to pitting and stress corrosion.

Cold Rolled Sheet for Accurate Fabrication

Cold rolled stainless steel sheet has a smooth surface and controlled thickness. It is well suited to precision cutting, stamping, bending, and visible components.

Stable thickness supports more consistent forming. Moreover, a flat sheet feeds more smoothly into laser cutters, presses, and automated production lines. This can reduce setup time and lower the risk of rejected parts.

Cold rolled sheets are often used for:

  • Food processing equipment
  • Appliance panels
  • Electrical cabinets
  • Elevator interiors
  • Medical equipment
  • Decorative wall panels
  • Automotive components
  • Precision enclosures

Surface Finishes for Function and Appearance

The finish affects both the appearance and performance of stainless steel sheet.

2B finish has a smooth, light-reflective surface. It is widely used for industrial equipment and products that will receive further processing.

BA finish is brighter and more reflective. It is suitable for appliances, decorative parts, and visible indoor products.

No.4 finish has a uniform brushed grain. It is commonly used for kitchen equipment, elevators, wall panels, and commercial interiors.

Hairline finish provides a longer, finer linear pattern. It gives architectural products a clean and modern appearance.

8K mirror finish offers high reflectivity for premium decoration, signs, and interior design.

Protective PE film can be applied after finishing. Therefore, the surface remains protected during cutting, bending, transport, and installation.

Fabrication-Ready Processing Services

Many buyers need sheets that can move directly into production. For this reason, we provide custom processing based on drawings and bills of materials.

Available services include:

  • Cut-to-size shearing
  • Laser cutting
  • Plasma cutting
  • Waterjet cutting
  • Hole and slot cutting
  • Edge deburring
  • Surface brushing
  • Mirror polishing
  • Bending and forming
  • Protective film application

Pre-cut sheets help reduce scrap and handling. They also allow buyers to order the exact dimensions required for each part.

Applications Across Major Industries

Stainless steel sheet supports both functional and decorative products.

Food and beverage companies use 304 and 316L sheets for worktables, hoppers, tanks, cabinets, and machine covers. Their smooth surfaces are easy to clean and suitable for regular washdown.

Chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturers choose corrosion-resistant grades for processing equipment, storage systems, and protective enclosures.

Architectural companies use brushed, hairline, and mirror-finished sheets for elevators, wall panels, doors, ceilings, and shop interiors. The material provides a premium appearance without painted coatings.

Other common applications include:

  • Kitchen appliances
  • Industrial machinery
  • Electrical enclosures
  • Transport equipment
  • Water treatment systems
  • HVAC components
  • Medical furniture
  • Automotive trim
  • Commercial counters
  • Energy equipment

Flatness and Surface Quality Control

Good sheet quality improves cutting accuracy and forming results. Therefore, each order is inspected before packaging.

Our quality checks may include:

  • Grade and heat number verification
  • Chemical composition analysis
  • Thickness measurement
  • Width and length inspection
  • Flatness checks
  • Surface finish inspection
  • Edge condition review
  • Tensile and hardness testing
  • Protective film inspection

Material heat numbers provide full traceability. Qualified orders can include an EN 10204 Type 3.1 Mill Test Certificate. Third-party inspection can also be arranged when required.

Protective Packaging for Export Orders

Stainless steel sheets need protection from moisture, impact, and surface scratches. Standard products can be wrapped with waterproof paper and secured on reinforced pallets.

Polished sheets can include PE film, edge protectors, separators, and wooden cases. Clear labels show the grade, thickness, size, finish, heat number, and quantity.

We support full-sheet orders, mixed specifications, custom-cut parts, and scheduled supply for international manufacturers.
